Jennifer Sobek

Jen is a proud graduate of the Indiana University Occupational Therapy Program. She has been practicing in Northwest Indiana for the past 25 years. Jen specializes in rehabilitation of the upper extremity and received special accreditation as a Certified Hand Therapist, CHT, in 2007. She is also certified in Astym®. 

Jen’s clinical rehabilitation expertise includes treatment of traumatic hand and upper extremity injuries, industrial injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, pre-surgical and injury screening and sport related injuries. She also has experience in fabrication of custom upper extremity orthosis. Jen provides in depth evaluations and personalized treatment with individual care.  Her history of positive outcomes stems from her belief that “Successful rehabilitation outcomes are comprised of 3 components: skilled surgeons, experienced and knowledgeable therapists and compliant patients”. Jen’s practice of “hands helping hands” shows in her therapeutic skills and compassionate care.
