Jacob Klebar

Jacob Klebar is a Physical Therapist from the north metro Atlanta area. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Reinhardt University in 2021 as well as minors in Chemistry and Business Administration.

While spending his undergraduate years in Waleska, Jacob was able to gain experience in the field by working as a physical therapy technician for nearly four years. In 2024, he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Georgia Southern University in Savannah, GA.

During his time in Savannah, he was able to gain clinical skills and experience in a variety of clinical settings, such as outpatient orthopedics, focusing on joint replacements, sports performance, and vestibular therapy, as well as inpatient acute care. He also holds his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification which he earned in 2023.

Jacob works diligently and intentionally to create an individualized plan of care that utilizes the best clinical evidence to help patients reach and exceed their goals. He also focuses on building relationships with his patients to encourage them and assist them in reaching their fullest potential.

Outside of the clinic, Jacob enjoys lifting weights, playing golf, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
