Jacob Centala

Jacob graduated from The Ohio State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After this, he went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Wayne State University in 2019.

Since then, he has earned certifications in Functional Dry Needling, TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Golf Assessment, SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment), and IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization). Most recently, Jacob completed a Certification in Orthopedics (Cert-Ortho) through the Institute of Clinical Excellence.

Jacob’s treatment approach involves a structured examination to find the root cause of your symptoms. Once the cause is found, he will use restorative and corrective exercises paired with manual therapy and other treatments to maximize success and get you back to the life you want to live.
