Jack Wagner

Jack joined our team in June of 2025 after earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Indiana State University. Prior to graduate school, he completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University Bloomington. A proud Indiana native, Jack is passionate about serving the local community.

Through his education, clinical rotations, and early career experience, Jack has developed a strong interest in human movement, posture, and biomechanics. He also has a growing passion for the vestibular system and plans to pursue additional certification in that area.

Outside of the clinic, Jack enjoys staying active and working with his hands—whether he’s at the gym, landscaping, or out on the golf course. Whatever the activity, he always has good music playing in the background.
