Heather Smith

Heather is the Patient Administrative Coordinator at the Greenwood location. In 2001 Heather completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies at Indiana University. She joined Team in 2017 and has loved being part of such an incredible group of talented people.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending family time with her husband and son. She also loves cooking and baking, and you can always find her planning her next family vacation to Disney World- her favorite place to be!
