Ellen Butz

Ellen has been a practicing therapist for over 5 years working in outpatient orthopedics and recently joined Team at the start of 2023. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University in 2017 as well as her Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2015. Ellen has a background in volleyball and cheerleading and enjoys helping young athletes return to playing what they love. She also enjoys assisting the older adult population in maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle and rehabbing after total joint replacements. She has taken continuing education focusing on treating low back pain through the McKenzie method, and is also interested in helping expecting and new moms retrain their core to stay strong throughout pregnancy and beyond. 

In her free time Ellen enjoys cooking, getting outside, and spending time with her family including her new son and corgi in Aurora.
