Dr. Clarissa Michel, PT, DPT received her Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health from The University of Tampa. She then received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
She enjoys the diversity of physical therapy and not being limited to one setting or patient population. Clarissa is a hands on therapist whose goal is to help patients reach the ultimate goal of independence in all aspects of their lives, while putting a smile on everyone’s face. She is a self-proclaimed lifelong student who continues to research evidence-based techniques to perfect her craft, in order to provide the best individualized treatment for each patient.
When she is not treating, she is an animal enthusiast who enjoys spending time with her 3 dogs, rabbit, and turtles. She also loves spending time with her family and friends, while enjoying as much time outdoors as possible.
