Amber Schmitt

Amber received her Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience from Eastern Michigan University in 2017 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Oakland University in 2021. She enjoys treating a wide variety of diagnoses ranging from neurologic conditions to post-operative care, sports injuries and women’s health.

Amber uses several different manual therapy techniques and individualized exercises to help her patients reach their rehabilitation goals and return to optimal functioning. Amber is certified in Total Spine Thrust Manipulation, Rocktape, Therapeutic blood flow restriction therapy (BFR), Functional Dry Needling (Level 1), Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE), SFMA, Medical cupping, IASTIM and work compensation/conditioning. Amber believes in making each patient feel accepted and welcome. Outside of the clinic, Amber enjoys sunsets, reading, olympic weight lifting, and organizing.
