Patient Administrative Coordinator

Patient administrative coordinators facilitate patient scheduling, therapy operations, and communicate financial responsibilities for patients.

They are the first point of contact for patients as they walk into any Team Rehab clinic. Patient Administrative Coordinators or PACs for short, are tasked with being key personalities within each clinic by greeting patients where they are at with a smile. PACs are responsible for maintaining complex treatment schedules, recording accurate data into our electronic medical record and billing system, preparing management information for assessing clinic performance, and collecting Co-pays in an accurate and professional manner.
