Mentorship

We offer mentorship to all PTs, customized to your goals and interests. Our structured mentorship program includes a minimum of 13 weeks of support and guidance, and can be extended as needed to ensure you feel confident and supported as you grow in your role.

Team Rehab also welcomes PT students into our clinics to gain valuable on-site experience.

Student Loan Repayment

Any or ALL of the (min. of) $1,500/year offered for continuing education can be applied to student loan debt. 

Continuing Education

We offer $1500 towards continuing education that can be used towards any education dues if desired. Additionally, we provide 40 PTO hours to attend CEUs, and we cover up to 50% of the cost for a course/certification over $1500. Team also offers over 50 FREE in house courses taught at our facilities, including residency, journal clubs & mini courses.

Residency Program

Join Team Rehab and take advantage of our exclusive offer: we cover your residency tuition and clinical mentoring hours. In return, all we ask for is a one-year commitment to work with us upon completing your residency.

Paid Time Off

Full-time employees are eligible for at least 14 days of paid time off each year, depending on employment status, in addition to 9 paid holidays. Team Rehab also encourages community involvement—employees may use 8 hours of CEU PTO for community service or outreach activities.

Employees may roll over up to 80 hours of unused PTO into the following year, helping provide flexibility and support for work-life balance.

Bonuses & Profit Share

We offer multiple bonus opportunities! Monthly bonus to clinic staff for achieving established targets and goals, monthly profit share bonus, semiannual special bonus to clinic staff based upon clinic an company profitability & referral bonus.

Medical

All options become effective 30 days after your first day with Team Rehab. Our medical benefits are provided through Blue Cross Blue Shield, with pharmacy coverage through EHIM. We offer four different plan options, including a low-cost plan, as well as FSA and HSA options to fit your needs.

Ownership/Equity

Upon eligibility, ownership at Team Rehab is available to everyone. The benefits of ownership include increased share value and profit distributions. This is an attractive benefit given the rate of growth at Team Rehab.

Vision

We offer two great plans to choose from with low copays. Lenses are covered at 100% as well as many other extras.

Dental

We offer full dental coverage which includes preventative, basic, and major dental services - even orthodontics! 

Matching 401(k)

The time to start putting money aside for the future is now! We encourage everyone to take advantage of this option by offering a plan that enables you to contribute 6% (or more) of your salary with a 3.5% match from Team Rehab with compounding interest.

AI Documentation Program

Team rehab offers an optional AI program designed to streamline documentation, making it faster and easier for therapists to focus more on patient care.

Life Insurance & EAP

Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, as well as additional Life Insurance, are offered.

We also provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that offers 24/7 mental health support from licensed professional counselors, along with access to confidential in-house counseling services.

First Stop Health provides free telehealth services for all employees enrolled in our medical coverage plans.
