Our Comprehensive Treatment Approach

A Job Coaching program typically lasts 1 to 3 days, with sessions ranging from 1 to 4 hours each. During this time, a therapist observes and evaluates workplace tasks, offering direct feedback and instruction on safe body mechanics. Training includes both education and hands-on practice to help workers adapt movements and improve efficiency. By the end of the program, individuals are better prepared to perform their jobs with confidence while minimizing the risk of injury.
